Nach Prüfungen der Qualität des Hopfenaromas in Geruch und Trunk wird eine dezent wahrnehmbare, aber angenehme Hopfenblume in beiden Vergleichsbieren festgestellt.

Hopfenblume = noble hop flavour // aber wie baue ich den Satz zusammen?

or "fine hop aroma" - I'd prefer "fine" to "noble" if it's possible to change that.
