German term or phrase:Fettfreie TM
percentages are then listed - in the ingredients list for an olive oil/butter spread.
Could the TM refer to Trockenmasse and therefore is the English equivalent abbreviation DM for dry mass - or am I completely wrong here? any help appreciated.
The following site has "Fettfreie Trockenmasse" (2nd para) and "Fettfreie TM" in a table later on, so I think you're likely to be right about that part of your question:
