German term or phrase: Degustationsmaterial
In a list of items to be provided by owners of log cabins at the 5th "Mountain Cheese Olympics" in Oberstdorf in October.

Käsemesser, Hobel, Käsereiben, Käseschilder, Preisschilder, Schneidebretter, Frischhaltefolien, Verpackungsmaterial, Degustationsmaterial, Käsepapier, Dekorationsmaterial Innenraum und Außenwände, etc, etc.

Must be something to do with cheese tasting or sampling, but I'm not quite sure.

Any ideas anyone?
