Katharina Loos: 6:54am Mar 13, 2008: The coffee is actually a blend of Arabica and Robusta, so the taste is not particularly mild. Unlike many of the cheaper coffees which are often roasted at high temperatures for a short time this coffee is roasted at a lower temperature for a bit longer. It doesn't contain less caffein either. I think basically they are trying to say it's not "cheap and nasty" and won't give you heartburn after the first sip.

"Sophisticated roast" hat mir übrigens sehr gut gefallen, aber leider hat es hier nicht gepasst (weil der Kaffee zu preiswert ist...). Merke ich mir aber fürs nächste Mal!

light roast / mild

Explanation:
I assume they mean a mild kind of coffee - i.e. less acidity/roasted less long/possibly less caffeine/a blend that is less bold.

Some or all of these could apply. Perhaps you know some background information on this coffee that could confirm any of these aspects?

Then perhaps

"with a pleasant taste" "with a pleasant note"

If you put either into google, a bunch of food and wine and coffee comes up. "Pleasant" could convey the "not cheap and nasty"without saying anything much about the coffee's distinct qualities.

tasty and aromatic

Explanation:
Bekömmlich is such a nice, but untranslateable word! Normally digestible (eating and drinking) and beneficial (general) are used, as far as I know. When it comes to coffee, well aromatic normally says it all - when it smells well it tastes well and digests well. I therefore think we should translate the mood and not the word!

Explanation:
in Germany coffees are often sold on their "digestibility" i.e. not causing stomach acidity, however you can't put that on the label so for that "soothing" is better

sophisticated roast

Explanation:
After reading your notes and other comments, I wonder if sophisticated might work? In the sense that they take their time to roast it, and the result is elegant and sophisticated on the palate. I also find this more werbewirksam than "agreeable", "tasty" or "digestible."
