in a palette of flavours to compare and contrast
Explanation: I hope I'm picturing this right - it seems that they have 2 different types of chocolate (dark and milk or milk and white), and each of these is flavoured with something different (like coffee, or orange, or almond, etc). So I'd imagine you'd have a box (like a box of crayons or paints) full of two varieties of each of these flavours. That's where the palette idea comes in - like a "rainbow" of flavours (but please don't put "rainbow" ;-)). The "compare and contrast" part covers the "Spannungsfeld" - some flavours are sweet, some bitter, some mellow - etc.

This idea still works if it's not actually for a box of chocolates - it's just more abstract.
