Deeply delicious

Explanation:
...or tantalisingly tongue-tingling might be the kind of thing you're after if it's just a caption. As Anne-Marie says, I think an adjective probably works better. Much depends on the picture, of course, and the style of the rest of your text. These things become much more like copywriting and less of a translation exercise of course....

Tempt your tastebuds

Explanation:
Not offered as a translation, obviously. I'm not sure an adjective alone would work, unless there is a series of such captions which has been set up in advance. An exhortation would be better or at least more normal.

Seductive

Explanation:
In this case I think an adjective works better than a noun.

agree  113160: with sweet indulgence - a good slogan, referring to the sweet and deeply satisfying taste. :) / or: "pure indulgence" if you need to get away from sweet associations.
3 hrs
  -> Thanks, Bernhard. I also thought of "absolute indulgence" ! What do you think~?

neutral  Helen Shiner: Personally it is not sweetness that I look for in chocolate; there are many fans of bitter chocolate as well, so this might be a little limiting depending on the product./Who could resist that?!
8 hrs
  -> Point taken; how about "absolute indulgence"?

agree  Goldcoaster: with Bernhard
9 hrs
  -> Thanks a lot, Goldcoaster!

agree  Nikos Angelidis: absolute indulgence is more trendy and straight to the point of the intended impact.
