honey petals
Explanation:
I first thought of slivers, but as this is SchokoBiene, perhaps delicate petals of honey would be more fitting?

agree  Nicola Wood: Very poetic! Or I would go with slivers, which was my first thought too.

crunchy bits of honey

Explanation:
They probably mean slivers of chrystallized honey. In my version I've decided against reproducing "-blättchen" and gone more for describing them, and what happens when you bite into the candy bar.

Example sentence(s):
  • A chocolate almond cream buzzing with deliciously crunchy bits of honey.
