Tech/Engineering - Food & Dairy / Technical term baking machinery | | German term or phrase: Teiltrommel | "2. Kurze Zusammenfassung
• Bei beiden Teiltrommeln wurden die Kolbenhülsen angeschweißt
• Von 6 Stk. Kolbenträger sind 5 Stk. geschweißt (Bolzen)
• Eingebaute Trommel ist erst 14 Tage im Einsatz, Verschmutzung ist groß
• Die meisten Ablagerungen sind unter dem Nadellager bzw. der Kunststoffrolle
• Durch die Verschmutzung wirkt ein Biegemoment auf den Bolzen
• Bruch von Bolzen vorbestimmt (sowie vorzeitiger Verschleiß der Rolle)
• Maschine wird schlecht gereinigt
• Kolben werden nicht richtig Ein- und Ausgebaut (arretiert)
• Maschine läuft ohne Mann ca. 20 h pro Tag
• Fast alle Maschinenteile sind verschlissen
• Eingebaute Rollen sind nicht von uns (Fertigung sehr ungenau)
• Dadurch kurze Standzeiten vorprogrammiert (geht bis zum Produktionsausfall)"
