Explanation:
I recall this term from the time with the foot and mouth disease in Great Britain in 2001, when cattle, sheep, deer infected with the disease were culled and then burned

Asker: Das ist Schweizer Recht, hier geht es allerdings um Deutschland. Die Frage wäre dann natürlich auch, ob es eine entsprechende Verordnung auch in englisprachigen Ländern gibt, also ob der Begriff überhaupt überstzbar ist... Danke für den Hinweis auf jeden Fall.
