(leider nur ein Punkt unter vielen zum Thema "Gemeinsame Entwicklungen von Lösungen im Anlagenbetrieb (Technologie und Kundenanforderungen). Soweit ersichtlich, geht es dabei um eine Erweiterung der bestehenden Anlagenbereiche.
"Übernahme" fand ich eher im Sinne von Firmenübernahme, was hier wohl nicht den Punkt trifft.)
