Die Presse wurde daher von Hand im Schleichgang geöffnet. Bei der anschließenden Kontrolle wurde festgestellt, dass sich jeweils ein Absetzbock der Etagen 9 und 10 im Rahmen verkeilt hatte. Die Presse wurde daraufhin abgekühlt, die verkeilten Absetzböcke herausgeholt und die abgerissenen Schrauben aufgebohrt.
