Hardly any context in my translation, however, the question was already asked for Rumanian with the following description which also applies for mine:

Es gibt die Ein-Etagen-Presse, bei der jeweils eine Platte hergestellt wird, und es gibt die Endlos-Presse, bei denen eine kontinuierliche Platte gepresst wird. Egal wie nun die Presse aussieht, eines haben sie alle gemeinsam: es muss dafür gesorgt werden, dass eine ganz bestimmte Menge von Spangut zugeführt wird, es darf nicht zuwenig und nicht zuviel sein. Die genaue Dosierung ist das A und O der späteren Qualität, und in der Schüttstation, also dort, wo die Späne auf das Blech geschüttet werden, sorgen sinnvolle Vorrichtungen einschliesslich laufender Gewichtskontrolle dafür, dass genau die Menge abgegeben wird, die zur Erreichung einer bestimmten Dicke notwendig ist.

Explanation:
Working on the basis that the "schütt" refers to a Schüttgut and that the "Fehl" means that an incorrect amount (presumably excess) has been fed/dosed/supplied. If it is always an excess then I'd suggest "excess dosage/feed of bulk material" or simply "excess bulk material".
