Das System 2 aus 3 (2/3) bedeutet zum Beispiel, dass von den 3 ausgewählten Tipps mindesten 2 richtig sein müssen, ein Wettergebnis dürfte also falsch sein, um die Wette trotzdem zu gewinnen. Es werden alle möglichen ***2er-Kombinationen errechnet***, die sich aus den 3 ausgewählten Wettereignissen ergeben.

However, just to confuse you more, in the USA, at horse races you can bet a trifecta. This is where you pick the first three horses to win the race. If you pick them in order, you can win a bunch of money. However, you can also 'box' them. In this case, you do not specify the order, just the 3 horses. If they finish in any order, you win. Not as much as the straight trifecta, but better than losing :). You may be able to work something like that into your context.
