What would be the best way to express this? Maybe "competence of the permit" - sounds a bit awkward though... Any suggestions will be appreciated! |

Genehmigungsfähigkeit here means that the company is not liable/responsible for the fact of whether use of the contractual object at the place of installation will be approvable/permitted.
i.e. "capable of being approved" (by official authorities etc.) |
