Ein weiterer wichtiger Unterschied besteht im räumlichen Gestaltungsspielraum für das Aufstellen von Automaten bzw. Geräten zwischen Spielbanken und gewerblichen Spielstätten. Die Anfang 2006 in Kraft getretene fünfte Verordnung zur Änderung der Spielverordnung begrenzt die Zahl der Geld-Gewinnspielgeräte auf maximal 12 je Spielstätte, wobei pro Gerät mindestens 12 m² zur Verfügung stehen müssen. Weitere Anforderungen an die Geräteaufstellung resultieren aus dem Willen des Verordnungsgebers, das gleichzeitige Bespielen mehrerer Geräte zu verhindern.

Explanation: Ein Gewinnspielgerät kann m.E. kein "Tisch" sein - oder kann man einen Tisch als "Gerät" bezeichnen? Also, gambling - for reasons unbeknownst to me - is never used. It is always "gaming" (doesn't sound so sinful, we are in the US after all).
