Wir haben heute im Rahmen einer Telefonkonferenz mit
Herrn xxx under der mandatierten externen Kanzlei das weitere Vorgehen eroetert. Es muss zunaechst obertes Ziel sein, die am 13. Dezember 2005 erreichte Ausservollzugssetzung der Vergabesperre rechtskraeftigen juristischen Entscheidung ueberganglos aufrechtzuerhalten.

Although is usually simple, I find it a bit confusing in this context. Any assistance greatly appreciated....
