Medical - General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
German term or phrase: gewählt (here)
Context:

"Die Patienten haben entschieden: Die beste Hausarztpraxis in Deutschland ist gewählt."

Talking about online evaluation of doctors. "Chosen" is obviously wrong, but "elected" or "democratically elected" seems a little OTT. Would "found" work here, do you think, or am I stretching it?

Explanation:
Perhaps you can change it around a liitle into, "The patients have voted for the best general practice in Germany."

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, that works well, but it seems even better to use that for 'entschieden', instead of 'decided', i.e.: "The patients have voted and the best general practice in Germany has been found!"
