Darum herum gibt es keinen Kontext, außer dass es um Rohstoffmärkte geht. Ich habe bisher "*second most inexpensive* source"; würde aber gerne von einem Muttersprachler hier das ok bekommen, bzw. einen besseren Vorschlag. Danke!

second cheapest

Explanation:
"Second cheapest" scheint mir gelaeufiger zu sein. "Second least expensive" und "second most inexpensive" wirken auf mich etwas kompliziert ausgedrueckt. Ich denke, es haengt auch vom Stil des Textes ab, ob man "cheap" oder "inexpensive" waehlt.
