Die Prüfmittelüberwachung unterliegt der Bringpflicht. Wird festgestellt, dass der Überprüfungstermin eines Prüfmittels ansteht, hat der Feststellende das Prüfmittel zu dem für die Prüfmittelüberwachung Verantwortlichen zu bringen.

(D.h. Messgeräte etc. müssen regelmäßig kalibriert werden, nach Ablauf eines bestimmten Datums muss der Verantwortliche das Gerät eben zur Kalibrierstelle im Betrieb bringen)

agree  Horst Huber: Delivery seems to be the point. The "Prüfmittel" has to be brought to the supervising agency. "Bringschuld" is discharged at the creditor's place, "Holschuld" at the debtor's.

Asker: Thank you Kim, I was thinking into the direction of "obligation to..", too. I doubt, however, that this fits my context. This is not about exchange of information.
