An alternative: "I hope Margarita can/ will be able to come and visit you some time soon". The suggestions so far, though correct, seem a bit abrupt and unidiomatic.
It is a close call between "can" and "will be able to". But I'd prefer "can" unless there's evidence elsewhere of her being somehow prevented. In this case, I would have expected "wird ... koennen" in the German, however.
