German term or phrase: Andenhauptkammer
Who knows their geography? I'm wondering what the English equivalent is. The location is Bolivia and is obviously related to the Andes but i'm wondering what the precise term is. It's for a travel health bulletin.

Explanation:
This is a very figurative translation, based on your limited information that it is for a health travel broshure, and because Bolivia is located near the center of the Andean mountain range, and also centrally with regard to the Incan empire and part of the Amazon.
