This is from a book discussing the aftermath of the Kristallnacht of 1938. I get the general idea of what a "Tätigkeitsbuch" is, but don't know if it has a specific name in English.

"Es gibt auffallend wenige Fotos von den Verwüstungen jener Nacht. Im **Tätigkeitsbuch** des Berliner Polizeireviers 174 findet sich unter dem Datum jenes 10. November ein Grund: »Verbotenes Photographieren von jüdischen Geschäften. Am 10. 1. 38. gegen 12. 50 Uhr wurde von dem SS-Untersturmführer Dr. Fritz Kühl... und dem SS-Untersturmführer Erich Wenster... der Photograph Andreas Kirschbaum... zum Revier zwangsgestellt.« Der 27jährige war den SS-Offizieren »von unbekannt gebliebenen Passanten... übergeben worden, weil er in der Goltzstraße jüdische Geschäfte photographiert hatte. Auf dem Revier gab der K. zu, von jüdischen Geschäften zwei Aufnahmen gemacht zu haben. Der Apparat mit Aufnahmen und einem Film wurde sichergestellt und wird der Stapo zugeleitet.«"
