"Es wurde betont, dass das Dr. Fuehrer uebergebene Vermoegen "als Garantie meiner ordnungsgemaessen Rueckkehr nach Wien" gelte. Auch der schon am 21. Maerz 1938 kommissarische Leiter der Firma "Allgemeiner Tarifanzeiger - Herausgeber Alexander Freud" eingesetzte ehemahlige Vizebuergermeister von Wien, Major Lang, bestaetigte, dass keine EInwendungen gegen eine Abreise vom betriebstechnischen Standpunkt asu bestuenden. So konnte Alexander Freud mit seiner Frau Sophie am 19. April Österreich verlassen. Die Firma ATA, der Alexander Freud durch mehr als 40 Jahre vorstand, war ein international hoch angesehenes Unternehmen, das sich mit Verlag und Vertrieb von Terifen und Reglements der Verkehrsanstalten einschlieslich Zolltarife sowie dem Person-, Gueter- und Zollverkehr betreffenden Druckwerken und auch mit der Revision von Frachtdokumenten, Auskunftserteilung in Transportangelegenheiten und dem Betrieb eines Frachtreklammationsbueros befasste. Nach langen Verhandlungen, die Dr. Fuehrer auch als Vertreter des **Ariseurs** fuehrte, der offenbar ein Strohmann der Deutschen Reichsbahnen war, wozu der Anwalt sogar 1939 nach London reiste, wo er selbstverstaendlich in Ritz abstieg, wurde die Firma fuer eine Leibrente von monatlich sfr 1.500 verkauft."

This is obviously not a standard term, but Ariseur is a word specific to the NS era.
I think it's important to have the "Aryan" aspect in there.
Put the word in quotes and I'm sure it'd be perfectly clear enough for readers.

The Jewish owners had no claim to the profits while they had to take the responsibility for losses. Between the so-called „Ariseur“ (the man who was instructed to make the business „arisch“, meaning to throw out every Jew)
