Text for a church museum in northern Germany. All I have is "Totenschild für Magdalena Blanckenfelde, 1669. Holz, farbig gefasst."

Am working in the Library & Archives at Hereford Cathedral Library this morning; have checked with the staff, who all reckon a memorial tablet can be either stone or wood.
