A document in which a company describes how they turned around a bad operating situation.

It includes the following:
"...aber auch um die Verhandlungsposition über den Gesamtbetriebsrat zu schwächen, haben wir Abschlüsse auf Werksebene angestrebt und diese bislang für Werk X und Werk Y zum Erfolg gebracht."

There are so many ways to translate this word, and I'm just not sure which is best in this situation. Thanks for any advice!
