German to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Human Resources
German term or phrase:tarifdispositiv
Text says a discrimination claim has to be filed within 2 months (tarifdispositiv)
No idea what it is in English, but here's an example from the Web - "Die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des § 622 BGB sind in vollem Umfang tarifdispositiv, können also durch Tarifbestimmungen nicht nur verbessert, sondern auch verschlechtert werden."

per the labor contract
Explanation: The "tarif" part refers to the "Tarifvertrag" or general labor contract. "Dispositiv" indicates resolution: the question is resolved by the contract (which is what TonyTK's example shows.)
The meaning here is that the 2-month time limit comes from the provision in the labor contract, not from federal law or any other authority.
