In der Abteilung, die Sie seit zwei Jahren leiten, ***hat es sich eingeschlichen***, dass Sie sämtliche Sitzungen moderieren. Jetzt kommt von einem neuen Mitar-beiter der Vorschlag, die Moderation turnusmäßig zu wechseln.


Could I perhaps say, 'a rumour has got out' or something like that here? I don't think using 'creeping' or anything like that would fit.
