neutral  Steffen Pollex (X): "whether" is, definitely, the term required here. But in terms of idiomacy I like most Ralph's suggestion with my slight adjustment proposed. "Mag." RaWa? Obviously, "Mag." not in English?! :-) And: once you disagree, where is your suggestion?
