why should this be "entered subsequently", these activities are part of work (at least in Germany) and the activities you mention are not "Dienstgänge" IMO

I think they mean secondary/ancillary activities (going to the toilet/water cooler, fetching a cup of coffee or downtime in general), because they mention Raucherpausen etc.

I also thought about this, "untertätig" might mean "unter der Tätigkeit/during one's work/job" (although strange German expression), but that doesn't make sense in connection with "DIENSTgänge", since these, by definition, are services provided to the company.

We've had a rather inconclusive posting about this before in German to Italian, and it was suggested that, as Lisa says, it may be a typo for untertägig. If you Google it, it's clearly a very common mistake, but there is also a word untertätig. I'm just not sure what it means.
