German term or phrase: Grundlagen und Settings

I have posted the two words as a single phrase as I have found many other instances where they are used together.

I have a short presentation about a new role. The first 3 slides are headed Ziele, Aufgaben, Anforderungen. The last slide is headed "Grundlagen und Settings" and covers who the role reports to/ who he or she will interact with in the company and also clarifies that the person is a facilitator and will not do people's jobs, just help them find better ways to do it themselves.

I am thinking of "parameters for the role" but is there a standard phrase for Grundlagen und Settings in English

-> I would leave the term, since it is an English term already

and also clarifies that the person is a facilitator and will not do people's jobs, just help them find better ways to do it themselves - fundamentals for her job
