Marketing - Human Resources / Recruiting
German term or phrase: Interessentenablageprozesse
Context:

"IT gestützten Rekrutierungs-, Interessentenablage- und Wiedervorlageprozesse"

This is about a marketing company that helps its customers (B2B) to achieve effective marketing campaigns etc. This is one of the points on a list of methods used to support recruitment. I'm not too sure about 'Wiedervorlageprozesse' either.

On the assumption that we are dealing with candidates for jobs.

Actually, on second thoughts, it would sound more natural to leave out "procedures for" and simply put "computer-aided recruitment and filing and retrieval of candidate data".

Yes, that was my original thinking. It is quite possible, however, that "Interessenten" should be understood as "potential customers" and that we are in fact talking about filing potential customer data and then following these leads up at a later date.

Asker: Where does retrieval come from? Is that how you interpret Wiedervorlage here?
