German to English translations [PRO] Idioms / Maxims / Sayings | | German term or phrase: aus der Luft gegriffen | yet another idiom - does anyone know the equivalent in English ? It means something which is 'invented'. The only context I can give is that these 'inventions' are allegations considered to be totally untrue.
