@Steffan: In marketing jargon, "shop" is widely used. No question about that. But my point is, it's one of those words that non-native speakers can find overly informal or even misunderstand. (This obviously doesn't apply to "shopping".) It's up to Nicole to decide whether that's an important consideration for her context.

"One-stop shop(ping)" is used all over the place, irrespective of the industry/sector/product range it refers to.

As a concession to non-native speakers, who may find "shop" strange, not knowing that it can also mean a place where things are handcrafted, perhaps substitute "partner" for "shop" (which, besides, as a generic term for non-crafts business, is rather colloquial).
