This crops up in a vehicle insurance document and seems to have loads of hits on Google but that doesn't make me any the wiser. The whole section reads:
'Die Unterschlagung durch denjenigen, an den der Versicherungsnehmer das Fahrzeug unter Vorbehhalt seines Eigentums veraeussert hat .... ist von der Versicherung ausgeschlossen. TIA for any comments
