Am 30.7.07 wurde der unterzeichnete Sachverständige von der Fa. XXXX im Namen der YYYY Versicherung AG beauftragt eine kontradiktorische Schadenstaxe über Schäden durchzuführen, die durch die Kollision der MV AAAA mit dem Katamaran BBBB entstanden sein sollen.
Die Besichtigung des Katamarans BBBB fand kontradiktorisch in der Marina Deportivo am 3.8.2007 auf flottem Wasser statt.
