German term or phrase: Versorgungswerk
In my text this term refers to pension plan options, pension assistance funds, disability pension but also for supplementary health insurance policies. I don't have a sentence that will explain this in detail other than what I just stated. When I googled "Versorgungswerk" I always just found reference to pension plans but wonder if there is a term that includes pension plans and supplementary health care plans provided by an employer?

Thanks in advance,

Antje

pension scheme
Explanation:
I am not 100% sure about it but I think you could use "pension scheme" as a term that combines pensions plans, option, funds, etc.

employee benefits scheme

Explanation:
"Versorgung" and "Vorsorge" do have a flavour of the old "providence" schemes set up by mutual companies many moons ago, but while they are still in common use in German, they tend to be simply "pension plans" or "employee benefits schemes" in modern-day insurance parlance. If it's just a general reference, I think "employee benefits" is the best option.
