Für die Niveauuntersuchung wird anhand des Ultimatebestandes der einzelnen Gesellschaften und der aktuellen Sterblichkeitsannahme, einem geschlechts- und gesellschaftsabhängigen Prozentsatz der DAV2004R Aggregattafel 2. Ordnung mit Trend der DAV2004R-B20 fortgeschrieben ins Jahr 2007, dem mittleren Jahr des Beobachtungszeitraumes, die erwartete durch Tod abgehende Jahresrente bzw. Beitragssumme ermittelt.
