German term or phrase: PV

A chart itemizing all kinds of employee / company benefits, mandatory and voluntary.

They have RV (Rentenversicherung, I am sure), KV (Krankenversicherung), AV (Altersversicherung) and PV (?).
It appears only twice in a list of 33 items:
"24. Steuerfreie AG-Zuschüsse zur KV und *PV*"
"26. Arbeitnehmerbeiträge zur sozialen *PV*". Can't find it on the net, either.
I doubt its *P*ensionsversicherung.
