German term or phrase: vollbedingt
in dem Kaufvertrag steht:
Der Käufer hat das Fahrzeug besichtigt und Probe gefahren sowie Einsicht in den Kraftfahrzeugbrief genommen. Das Fahrzeug wird verkauft wie besichtigt unter Ausschluß jeglicher Gewährleistung. Ebenfalls wurde dem Käufer mitgeteilt, dass das den Kaufgegenstand bildende Fahrzeug eine *vollbedingte* Beschädigung hatte.

Was ist denn mit vollbedingt gemeint? Ich finde überall nur teilbedingt, aber in einem ganz anderen Zusammenhang.

Explanation:
eigentlich ein juristischer Ausdruck. da ich dafür nur Links aus der Schweiz gefunden habe, scheint es ein spezieller Schweizer Ausdruck zu sein.

 JStG 24: Busse
Bussen spielen eine erhebliche Rolle, vor allem bei Strassenverkehrsdelikten. Sie werden erst bei Jugendlichen
ab 15 Jahren angeordnet, da sie nach Arbeitsgesetz erst ab diesem Alter arbeiten dürfen.
Die Busse kann auch bedingt oder teilbedingt ausgesprochen werden (JStG 35). Teilbedingt ist sinnvoller als vollbedingt, weil bei vollbedingten Bussen fast keine Bestrafung erfolgt.
Obergrenze: 2000 Franken.
