Just guessing about Arbeitslosenabrechnung because I can't find it in dictionaries.

Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung = medical certificate/certificate of disability
Arbeitslosenabrechnung = unemployment benefit settlement
Lohnausweis = wage statement

At least, that is what it is called in the U.S.

This is from texas, on an actual statement in New York, it says: Statement of Benefits Paid, I know because I had to translate one before.
