Teilweise wird dem Haftpflichtgeschädigten ein gesetzlicher Direktanspruch gegen die Haftpflichtversicherung des Schädigers zugestanden

Es handelt sich um vornehmlich um die Motorhaftpflichtversicherung und ich brauche den Britisch Englischen Ausdruck, falls es einen Unterschied gibt.
Für Haftpflichtversicherung habe ich bisher liability insurance verwendet
