Es geht um die nähere Bezeichnung einer Organisation, die in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit tätig ist, und hauptsächlich Projekte mit Jugendlichen und für Jugendliche unterstützt. Sie bieten auch Volontäreinsätze für Schweizer Jugendliche in ihren Partnerländern an. (Der ganze Auftritt der Organisation wird überarbeitet, alte Website www.horyzon.ch)

Diana's version is good too, but the acronym becomes DOSY. :-)

And it is less about the development of the Swiss youth, but more of what the Swiss youth can do to help others, if I understand horYzon correctly.
