Der zur Klärung von Fragen oder von Rechnungsproblemen bis dato übliche Umweg über den Netzbetreiber entfällt damit. Es können letztendlich keine “Datenschutzgründe” mehr vorgeschoben werden, um ein Auskunftsersuchen abzulehnen. |
