I would like to add that the \'zu 85%\' is for both the timely processing and the payment of dividends. Most of the responses given make it sound like this affects only the dividends. As I understand this, there is only an 85% chance that the forms will be processed whether or not dividends are paid - not that only 85% of the dividends will be paid...

IMO, in English this may be interpreted in two ways:

1. the way that is meant here, that is not guaranteed that up to 85% of the dividends will be paid;

2. that possibly 85% of the dividends will not be paid.

To avoid this possible misinterpretation, I would rephraze the whole thing as follows:

"(For whatever reason) it can not be guaranteed that up to 85% of the dividends will (indeed) be paid out (in time)."
