I can't seem to settle on "re" as in regarding, since there seems to be "li. Skala" as well, but what is the translation then, please?

Asker: Maybe it's obvious if you heard it before, and it's what I thought, but couldn't confirm "right scale" or "left scale" anywhere; I thought possibly investments have a linear scale...
