20'000 voll liberiert geltende Namenaktien der Gesellschaft zu nominell je XXX an XXX , XX Staatsangehöriger.
Das Wort "geltende" in diesem Zusammenhang.
Registered shares considered to be fully paid-in?
I am not 100% sure - maybe there is a "proper" term for this....?
