Could be Swiss German. In a text describing over-the-counter trading (which is confusing, because ETF are Exchange-Traded Funds):

neutral  xxxManticore: stimmt schon, was Du sagst. Musst aber den englischen Begriff einstellen: "reported"//well, answer and explanation should bevice versa. This goes into a database of terms, I assume and then it doesn't match.

  -> I did. Look under "explanation"./"Rappieren" doesn't mean "report" - it's a mistake, and there's no reason to put it in the glossary.
