I'm having trouble with "Arbeitsumgebung" here. I think I must be missing the point! Where else would people be accessing these things BUT at work?

This, to me, means an office, or a physical work area. While this is the standard translation, it's what was originally confusing me. My context needs a term for a virtual workspace, so I'm going to have to decline this one. Many thanks for your time!
