Ursache der Störung auf dem NATEL-Netz von Swisscom Mobile ist geklärt

Die Ursache der am vergangenen Freitag, 27. Juli, im Mobilfunknetz von Swisscom Mobile aufgetretenen Störung liegt in der Verkettung zweier gravierender technischer Pannen. Ein Software-Fehler eines Zentralrechners in Lausanne war Ausgangspunkt der Störung, ein zusätzlicher technischer Fehler führte zur Überlastung und schliesslich zum Ausfall des automatisch eingesetzten ***Sicherheitsrechners***. Die Störung trat vergangenen Freitag mittag auf und konnte noch am gleichen Tag um 22:30 Uhr behoben werden.
