Es geht hier um die Einrichtung der Entwicklungsumgebung. Ich denke, dass SWA fuer Software-Architekt steht. Aber ich verstehe nicht, was "Off" in diesem Zusammenhang bedeutet? Eventl. "Offshore"?

Secure Web Access was suggested as the meaning for SWA, and this fits very well with the use of SecurID cards. RSA sells both Secure Web Access solutions, and SecurID cards.
"Off" appears to be an abbreviation for "Offizier", i.e., English "officer".
This Kudos question was posed in the context of setting up a development environment. Having been a software developer for the past 15 years, I can attest that VPN clients are something which we would have to obtain from a network access officer. In an organization which uses RSA SecurID cards, it would make sense to call the network access officer a "Secure Web Access officer".
Consequently, you might translate the passage as follows:
"The necessary XXX VPN client can be obtained from your respective Secure Web Access (SWA) officer. In addition, a SecurID card is required (check with the SWA officer)."
My instinct would be to use "officer" in preference to "office". I have never heard of a "network access office", only "network access officers".

Secure Web Access ergibt auch Sinn. Wahrscheinlich sollte ich es im Englischen so stehen lassen.
Vielleicht secure web access. Off würde ich als Office/Anbieter/Vertriebsstelle/etc interpretieren. Ist es SecureID oder SecurID?
